Showcases largest cabin of any business jet

An Airbus ACJ319 will again top the cabin offerings at the NBAA show this year* highlighting how more space and comfort are available within a similar external footprint to that of traditional biz jets.

Operated by Comlux on VVIP charters, the Airbus ACJ319 entered service earlier this year, and is being shown at NBAA for the first time.

It includes club seating, a conference/dining table, a lounge, two offices that convert to bedrooms, and two bathrooms – one with an ensuite shower. For night flights, most of the seats convert to beds. Indianapolis-based Comlux America outfitted the aircraft, which seats 19 passengers

“This year Airbus Corporate Jets have exhibited the widest and tallest cabin of any business jet on every continent except Australia and Antarctica, showing an even wider audience how to take even more of the comforts of home and office into the air,” points out Airbus Chief Operating Officer, Customers, John Leahy. “An Airbus ACJ319 also links Australia and Antarctica, so we really are unique in having the versatility of our aircraft showcased on every continent,” he adds.

Derived from the world’s most modern aircraft family, the Airbus ACJ319 has extra features, such as additional fuel tanks in its cargo-hold, delivering intercontinental range – as well as the ability to fly nonstop throughout North America and one-stop to most of the world.

Graced by new technology since its inception, Airbus corporate jets also benefit from regular improvements to the airliner side of the family, which are part of the company’s culture of innovation. Forthcoming enhancements include performance-improving Sharklets, runway overrun protection, an onboard navigation system, and a fuel-saving new engine option (neo).

More than 170 Airbus corporate jets have been sold to date to customers that comprise companies, individuals and governments.
