The top Sabre Red Appy has been awarded to refund.me for its technical innovation, business value and practical use for Sabre travel agents and their clients. While passengers and travel agents are often not aware of existing EU regulations or simply avoid the complicated bureaucratic process required to claim their right to compensation, refund.me has simplified the process through its cloud-based and largely automated procedures.
