Bombardier Learjet Employees Accept Labor Agreement

Return to work as early as November 12, 2012

Bombardier Learjet announced today that its unionized employees in Wichita, members of the International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers (IAMAW), have voted to accept a proposed contract agreement, ending a strike action that began on October 8, 2012. Employees may return to work as early as November 12, 2012.

We believe the strength and long-term potential of Learjet in Wichita resides with the products we manufacture and the experienced, dedicated and skilled workforce that contributes to the production and maintenance of world-class aircraft.”
