United Offers Rebooking Options To Customers Affected By T.S. Isaac
United Airlines today announced travel options for United customers whose flight plans may be disrupted by Tropical Storm Isaac. Weather conditions may lead to the delay or cancellation of certain flights into and out of cities in Florida and the Bahamas and will further impact certain Caribbean flights.
Customers traveling on flights to, from or through the impacted cities during the applicable travel dates may reschedule their itineraries for travel no later than one year from the date of issue with a one-time date or time change, and the airline will waive the change fees.
Customers may also request refunds in the original form of payment if they wish to cancel their travel plans.
