Zodiac Aerospace to purchase the engineering department of Threesixty Aerospace company

Zodiac Aerospace, through its subsidiary Zodiac Seats UK, has announced the acquisition of the engineering department of the company Threesixty Aerospace including about twenty people. Threesixty Aerospace is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Virgin Atlantic Airways engaged in the conception, design and manufacture of the seats of the said airline.
